Job summary

SIBIE LTD Holding Group is seeking an experienced ecommerce and performance marketing lead in the UAE. You will own the Shopify storefront, manage ads on Meta and Google, and optimize customer journeys with automated email flows. The role requires a healthcare marketing background and a Bachelor’s degree, with immediate availability.

You will oversee freelancers and ensure brand consistency across campaigns while leveraging analytics to boost CAC/ROAS and overall growth.

Responsibilities

• Shopify Management: Full ownership of the Shopify storefront, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.) and landing page optimisation.
• Performance Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, managing significant budgets to scale growth while improving CAC and ROAS. Ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare advertising rules in each market and with Meta and Google pharmacy ad policies.
• Retention & Email: Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-back) using Shopify-integrated tools, in line with data protection and consent requirements (GDPR, UAE PDPL).
• Copywriting & Content: Produce high-converting, native-level English copy for ads, product descriptions and email campaigns, ensuring health claims are accurate and compliant.
• Data Analysis: Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports, identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey.
• Leadership: Manage external freelancers (designers/video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.

Requirements

• English: Native-level fluency in English, essential for high-level communication and copywriting.
• Shopify Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience specifically within the Shopify ecosystem.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling an e-commerce brand.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SEO, PPC and email marketing automation.
