Job summary

SIBIE Ltd, a UAE-based healthcare group, seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to own online stores across markets from Shopify to performance marketing. You will lead campaigns, retention flows, content, and analytics, ensuring compliant health claims and strong ROAS.

Requirements include native English, 4+ years in Shopify, and a proven track record scaling ecommerce brands. Hybrid work with visa sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; UAE attestation for visa process.
• Minimum 4 years hands-on Shopify experience within the Shopify ecosystem.
• Proven track record scaling an ecommerce/healthcare brand.
• Deep understanding of SEO, PPC and email marketing automation.
• Experience marketing healthcare, pharmacy or wellness products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Shopify Management: full ownership of the Shopify storefront, product launches, app integrations and landing page optimisation.
• Performance Marketing: lead Meta and Google Ads strategy, manage budgets and optimise CAC/ROAS while complying with healthcare ad policies.
• Retention & Email: design and automate advanced email/SMS flows using Shopify tools with GDPR/UAE PDPL compliance.
• Copywriting & Content: produce high-converting English copy for ads, product descriptions and emails.
• Data Analysis: use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to deliver weekly performance reports.
• Leadership: manage external freelancers to ensure brand consistency and quality.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, UAE-based Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow the online stores for our pharmacy and healthcare brands across our international markets, from Shopify and performance marketing to retention, content and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Shopify Management: Full ownership of the Shopify storefront, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.) and landing page optimisation.
• Performance Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, managing significant budgets to scale growth while improving CAC and ROAS. Ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare advertising rules in each market and with Meta and Google pharmacy ad policies.
• Retention & Email: Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-back) using Shopify-integrated tools, in line with data protection and consent requirements (GDPR, UAE PDPL).
• Copywriting & Content: Produce high-converting, native-level English copy for ads, product descriptions and email campaigns, ensuring health claims are accurate and compliant.
• Data Analysis: Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports, identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey.
• Leadership: Manage external freelancers (designers/video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.

Requirements

• English: Native-level fluency in English, essential for high-level communication and copywriting.
• Shopify Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience specifically within the Shopify ecosystem.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling an e-commerce brand.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SEO, PPC and email marketing automation.
• Industry Experience: Experience marketing healthcare, pharmacy or wellness products is a strong advantage.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required, attested for the UAE visa process.
• Availability: Able to join immediately.
