SIBIE LTD Holding Group is seeking a UAE-based Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale online stores for our pharmacy and healthcare brands across Europe, the US, the UK, and the UAE. Responsibilities include Shopify management, performance marketing, retention campaigns, and data-driven optimization.

Ideal candidates have native English, 4+ years in Shopify, and a proven record of scaling e-commerce brands in healthcare or wellness sectors.

Qualifications

• Native-level English copywriting and communication skills.
• Minimum 4 years hands-on Shopify ecosystem experience.
• Proven track record scaling an e-commerce brand.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC and email marketing automation.
• Experience marketing healthcare, pharmacy or wellness products is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree attested for UAE visa processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Shopify storefronts across markets, manage launches and landing pages.
• Lead Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns with CAC/ROAS focus.
• Design automated email/SMS flows compliant with GDPR/UAE PDPL.
• Create high-converting English copy for ads and product descriptions.
• Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to produce weekly performance reports.
• Coordinate with external freelancers to ensure brand consistency.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, UAE-based Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow the online stores for our pharmacy and healthcare brands across our international markets, from Shopify and performance marketing to retention, content and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Shopify Management: Full ownership of the Shopify storefront, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.) and landing page optimisation.
• Performance Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, managing significant budgets to scale growth while improving CAC and ROAS. Ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare advertising rules in each market and with Meta and Google pharmacy ad policies.
• Retention & Email: Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-back) using Shopify-integrated tools, in line with data protection and consent requirements (GDPR, UAE PDPL).
• Copywriting & Content: Produce high-converting, native-level English copy for ads, product descriptions and email campaigns, ensuring health claims are accurate and compliant.
• Data Analysis: Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports, identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey.
• Leadership: Manage external freelancers (designers/video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.

Requirements

• English: Native-level fluency in English, essential for high-level communication and copywriting.
• Shopify Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience specifically within the Shopify ecosystem.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling an e-commerce brand.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SEO, PPC and email marketing automation.
• Industry Experience: Experience marketing healthcare, pharmacy or wellness products is a strong advantage.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required, attested for the UAE visa process.
• Availability: Able to join immediately.
