Job summary
SIBIE LTD Holding Group Sibie Ltd is seeking a seasoned Shopify/Marketing Lead to own store operations, apps integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias) and landing page optimisation. You will design and manage performance campaigns across Meta, Facebook, Instagram and Google, handling large budgets with CAC/ROAS and retention email flows.
The role requires native English, 4+ years Shopify experience, strong copywriting, data analysis, and leadership of external freelancers; UAE Bachelor’s degree attested
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Shopify experience.
- Native English speaker essential for copywriting.
- Bachelor's degree required for UAE visa and immediate joiner.
- Experience with app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias) and landing page optimisation.
- Proven track record scaling an ecommerce brand.
Responsibilities
- Own Shopify storefront apps integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias) and landing page optimisation.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads with CAC/ROAS focus.
- Manage significant budgets with retention and email/SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-back).
- Produce high-converting native-level English copy for ads and product descriptions.
- Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to deliver weekly performance reports and identify bottlenecks in the customer journey.
- Lead external freelancers to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output.
