Job summary

SIBIE Ltd Holding Group in the UAE seeks an experienced Shopify and growth marketing professional to own the ecommerce stack end to end. You will drive Shopify storefront launches, app integrations, landing page optimization, and content, while leading Meta and Google Ads to scale CAC/ROAS.

A native English speaker with 4+ years Shopify experience and a UAE‑visa ready bachelor’s degree is required; visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required for UAE visa
4+ years hands-on Shopify experience
Native English speaker for communication and copywriting
Experience scaling an e-commerce brand
Proficient in SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing automation

Responsibilities

Own Shopify storefront end-to-end, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.), and landing page optimization.
Lead strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to scale CAC/ROAS.
Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows using Shopify-integrated tools.
Produce high-converting, native-level English copy for ads, product descriptions, and emails.
Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports and identify bottlenecks.
Manage external freelancers (designers/video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output.
