Job summary

SIBIE Ltd Holding Group in the UAE seeks an experienced Shopify and growth marketing professional to own the ecommerce stack end to end. You will drive Shopify storefront launches, app integrations, landing page optimization, and content, while leading Meta and Google Ads to scale CAC/ROAS.

A native English speaker with 4+ years Shopify experience and a UAE‑visa ready bachelor’s degree is required; visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to scale CAC/ROAS.
• Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows using Shopify-integrated tools.
• Produce high-converting, native-level English copy for ads, product descriptions, and emails.
• Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports and identify bottlenecks.
• Manage external freelancers (designers/video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output.

Role Overview:

• Shopify Management: Full ownership of the Shopify storefront, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.), and landing page optimisation.

• Performance Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Manage significant budgets with a focus on scaling CAC/ROAS.

• Retention & Email: Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-back) using Shopify-integrated tools.

• Copywriting & Content: Produce high-converting, native-level English copy for ads, product descriptions, and email campaigns.

• Data Analysis: Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports, identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey.

• Leadership: Manage external freelancers (designers/video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.

• Native English Speaker: Essential for high-level communication and copywriting.

• Shopify Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands‑on experience specifically within the Shopify ecosystem.

• Management Proven: Ability to show a track record of scaling an e‑commerce brand

• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing automation.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required for the UAE “Manager” visa title; must be attested for the visa process and an immediate joiner
