Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in HR, Learning & Development or related field.
• 1-3 years in L&D or HR, preferably retail.
• Proficiency with LMS and digital learning tools.
• Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into annual and monthly learning plans aligned with regional priorities and SLA commitments.
• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of learning solutions (classroom, virtual, blended, and self-learning).
• Ensure availability of facilitators, buddies and learning resources to meet service expectations.
• Drive learning engagement campaigns and promote a learning culture aligned with IKEA values.
• Monitor learning delivery completion, certification and reporting with dashboards.
• Collaborate with store management, HRBP, SMEs and Regional L&D to enable development cycles.
