Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist in Dubai to plan, coordinate, deliver, and monitor learning solutions across store and regional operations. You will work with Store Management, HR Business Partners, and Regional L&D teams to ensure programmes align with IKEA values and regional priorities.

The role focuses on learning planning, SLA adherence, and delivering training across formats, while maintaining activation of an LMS and generating monthly

Qualifications

• Candidates should have formal qualification in HR/LD or related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, HR, or training coordination is preferred.
• Experience with LMS and maintaining learning records is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and training requirements into annual and monthly learning plans aligned with regional priorities.
• Coordinate learning activities according to monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules.
• Ensure programmes are delivered within SLA timelines and in line with service expectations.
• Monitor learning plans and ensure timely execution of activities.
• Deliver end-to-end learning programmes across store and regional operations.
• Support LMS usage, dashboards, and monthly learning reporting.
