Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is hiring a Learning & Development Consultant to drive digital transformation of learning initiatives across the automotive division. You will design and deploy innovative digital learning solutions, collaborating with multiple departments to tailor programs that meet strategic goals.

The role requires at least 5 years in L&D or digital learning, a Bachelor's in a relevant field, and proficiency with AI-enabled platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development or digital learning environments.
Proven experience with digital learning platforms and tools, including AI-driven solutions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and implement digital learning solutions to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Utilize data to analyze and improve learning program metrics, such as attendance, completion, and engagement rates.
Convert complex subject‑matter documents into concise learning content suitable for frontline employees.
Develop digital assets and learning materials that are engaging and effective for employee development.
Ensure the effective launch and deployment of learning programs across the organization.
