Job summary

Yallo Talent is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive eCommerce initiatives. You will analyze digital product requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize catalog, checkout, and payments processes while leveraging SFCC and Salesforce Clouds.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in eCommerce or digital product environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Experience with Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Clouds is beneficial.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of mobile app development lifecycles (iOS/Android).
• Strong understanding of eCommerce concepts: catalogs, checkout, payments, promotions, shipping, OMS, and WMS.
