Job summary

Yallo Retail seeks a Digital Business Analyst for a 9-month on-site contract in Dubai. Start date ASAP. You will analyze digital business needs, map processes, and translate requirements into SFCC-driven ecommerce features.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in eCommerce/ digital product analytics, experience with SFCC, agile methods, and the Salesforce ecosystem including Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence is expected.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in eCommerce or digital product environments
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
• Working knowledge of mobile application development lifecycles (iOS/Android)
• Strong understanding of eCommerce concepts: catalogs, checkout, payments, promotions, shipping, OMS, and WMS
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds)
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
