Job summary

Technogym Sweden is seeking a Junior Sales Account Manager for the Military & Uniformed Services to develop and manage strategic relationships with military institutions, defense contractors and uniformed services across the UAE. Location mainly Abu Dhabi, permanent position within HCP Field Sales team.

You will drive new business, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and tailor wellness solutions including equipment, digital platforms and training programs to meet military and national defense

Qualifications

• 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in the wellness sector.
• Fluent in Arabic (must).
• Familiarity with UAE military procurement and wellness initiatives is a plus.
• Experience with CRM software; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex deals and deliver client-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development within military and defense sectors.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure.
• Customize Technogym solutions for military training centers, bases and rehabilitation units.
• Conduct presentations, demos, and wellness consultations with key stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with technical, logistics and service teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Stay informed on military procurement processes and wellness trends.

Your Role

The Junior Sales Account Manager for the Military & Uniformed Services will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with military institutions defense contractors and uniformed services across the UAE.

This role focuses on delivering tailored wellness solutionsincluding fitness equipment digital platforms and training programsaligned with the operational and health goals of military personnel.

Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive and proactive mindset strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment.

What you should bring:

• Preferably 1 years in B2B sales Ideally in the wellness sector.
• Fluent in Arabic (must).
• Familiarity with UAE military procurement and wellness initiatives is a plus.
• Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
• Experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
