Job summary

Mintlayer in Dubai is hiring a Head of Documentation to lead the Web Services and Blockchain docs strategy. You will translate complex protocol logic into clear guides that help developers—from hobbyists to CTOs—integrate Mintlayer with ease.

This is a high-level technical role: you will read Go, JS, and Rust code to craft actionable tutorials and API references, establish a unified style, and partner with Engineering and DevRel to improve the developer journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Writing or Developer Advocacy for Cloud/SaaS or Blockchain protocols.
• Ability to read Go and JavaScript and review a Pull Request to understand new features.
• Experience with GitBook, Docusaurus, Markdown, and managing docs via GitHub.
• A gift for simplifying the complex with a professional, authoritative yet accessible voice.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Own the documentation roadmap for MWS, the Core Node, and the Wallet DEX APIs.
• Content Creation: write high-quality API references, tutorials, and conceptual overviews for our Go and JS SDKs.
• Code Examples: maintain a library of Gold Standard code snippets and boilerplate repositories.
• Standardization: establish a unified style guide and documentation standard across Mintlayer projects.
• Feedback Integration: work with the DevRel team to improve the developer journey through better docs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Head of Documentation to join our Dubai hub in the world of Web Services and Blockchain the documentation is the product you will ensure that any developer from a hobbyist to an enterprise CTO can understand integrate and build on Mintlayer without friction This is a high-level technical role you are a Documentation Engineer who can read Go JS and Rust code and translate complex protocol logic into clear elegant and actionable guides

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategy own the entire documentation roadmap for MWS the Core Node and the Wallet DEX APIs
• Content Creation write high-quality API references tutorials and conceptual overviews for our Go and JS SDKs
• Code Examples work with the engineering teams to maintain a library of Gold Standard code snippets and boilerplate repositories
• Standardization establish a unified style guide and documentation standard across all Mintlayer projects
• Feedback Integration work with the DevRel team to identify pain points in the developer journey and fix them through better documentation
