Responsibilities

• Accompany German-speaking investors through the off-plan journey from enquiry to reservation, payment plan, and handover.
• Explain the market, process, and legal framework to clients with full transparency.
• Represent Richmond at events and roadshows with high-net-worth clients and convert contacts into long-term relationships.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure clients are delighted with the service.

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent German, plus fluent English (required).
• A good grasp of German-speaking business culture and the polish to engage a high-net-worth clientele.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
