Job summary

Richmond Properties is seeking an Italian Off-Plan Property Consultant in Dubai to guide Italian-speaking investors through the off-plan journey, from first enquiry to reservation and handover. You will leverage our market access and events to build lasting relationships with clients.

Based in Dubai, you will work with top developers, attend roadshows, and provide trusted guidance in market terms, payment plans, and legal frameworks to help clients succeed.

Qualifications

• Italian native or fluent speaker
• Fluent English language proficiency
• Understanding Italian culture and business etiquette
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Positive, organized team player based in Dubai

Responsibilities

• Guide Italian-speaking investors and buyers through the off-plan journey, from first enquiry to reservation, payment plan, and handover.
• Be the trusted point of contact for Italian buyers new to Dubai, explaining the market, the process, and the legal framework.
• Represent Richmond Properties at events and roadshows with high-net-worth Italian clients and turn connections into long-term relationships.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
