Job summary

M+C Saatchi is seeking a senior social media lead to own the delivery for Ras Al Khaimah accounts. You will chair editorial rooms with senior and creative teams and define monthly content plans with bilingual copy direction for key platforms.

Fluency in English is required with Arabic preferred. You will manage the remote community hub, monitor SLA performance, and serve as the escalation point for sensitive content and reputation while producing regular client reports.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in social media management; 2+ years in account management.
• Proven tourism or destination social marketing experience
• Social strategy and channel-native content planning
• Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred
• Community management SLA and crisis escalation experience
• Based in UAE or able to relocate, travel to RAK 2-3 days per week

Responsibilities

• Own overall delivery of social accounts for Ras Al Khaimah
• Chair the weekly editorial room with senior and creative teams
• Set monthly content plans and bilingual copy direction across major platforms
• Oversee the remote community management hub and its SLA performance
• Act as senior escalation point for client on sensitive content and reputation
• Own monthly and ad hoc client reporting across all accounts
