Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and presentations based on client requirements and project briefs.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, plans, elevations, and technical layouts using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D visualizations, renderings, and mood boards to support design proposals.
• Conduct site visits to understand project conditions, take measurements, and coordinate design feasibility.
• Present design ideas and material selections to clients in a confident and professional manner.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure design accuracy and timely execution.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories aligned with project standards and budget.
• Revise and update drawings or concepts based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Prepare design documentation, BOQs, and specifications for project execution.
• Ensure all design outputs meet company quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Support the marketing team with design-related content when required (presentations, visuals, brochures).
• Maintain organized project files, design archives, and documentation for internal reference.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and modern design techniques to enhance creativity.
• Ensure professional appearance and conduct during all client interactions and meetings.
