Job Description: Experience Design Specialist (Multiple Roles Open)

Role Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our Experience Design team in roles open for Senior Associate and Manager levels. You will play a key role in creating exceptional user experiences by integrating UX and UI expertise to improve customer journeys for a banking end client. Candidates with Financial Services (FS) experience, especially within banking, are highly preferred. Proficiency in Arabic is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver end-to-end customer journeys ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences across digital touchpoints.
  • Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
  • Translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve user experiences, optimizing for usability, accessibility, and engagement.
  • Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the development of design systems and standards.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members (for Manager/Senior Manager roles), fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
  • Expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design software.
  • Strong understanding of design thinking, user-centered design principles, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience working on digital projects within the Financial Services (FS) sector, with banking experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to balance business objectives with user needs to create impactful designs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Leadership experience and ability to guide teams (for Manager/Senior Manager roles).
