Job summary

Salt is seeking a hands-on Design Manager to optimize acquisition journeys and craft banners, video and ad copy for global clients. You will work directly in Figma, review customer journeys, and present recommendations to the CEO.

You’ll collaborate with international teams and clients across markets, overlapping Dubai hours for calls. The role blends design execution with strategic thinking, covering display, video and copy, with room to shape the design function as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design experience focused on direct response (paid social, display, landing pages).
• Strong portfolio of banner and social creative across formats.

Responsibilities

• Improve acquisition journeys from ad click to conversion across pages and forms.
• Create display and social advertising assets for multiple platforms.
• Manage video production from brief to delivery with budgets and timelines.
• Write and test ad copy with clear messaging angles and testing plans.
• Measure performance and run creative tests to improve CPA.
