Job summary

Salt is seeking a hands-on Design Manager who shapes acquisition journeys and creates banners, video, and ad copy. You’ll work directly in Figma, review journeys, develop and test creative, and present recommendations to clients.

You’ll report to the CEO and collaborate with international clients across markets, overlapping Dubai hours. You’ll redesign landing pages, build ad concepts for multiple platforms, manage video production, and write compelling copy.

Qualifications

• Five years in design for direct response, including paid social, display and landing pages.
• Portfolio of banner and social creative across platforms.
• Experience commissioning or managing video production with budgets and deadlines.
• Strong ad copywriting skills with tested results.
• Advanced Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud skills; ability to brief others.
• Experience using generative tools in live client work.
• Fluent written and spoken English; strong client communication.
• Track record of working effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Review the path from ad click to conversion and identify drop-offs.
• Redesign landing pages and checkout flows in Figma with dev-ready specs.
• Ensure messaging stays consistent from ad to landing page.
• Create display and social advertising across Google, Meta, Yahoo and TikTok.
• Manage video production: briefs, suppliers, budgets, timelines.
• Write and test ad copy for search, social and display.
• Run creative tests and report impact on CPA; optimize accordingly.
