Job summary

Client of Salt in the United Arab Emirates seeks a skilled UX/UI designer to support design content optimization and day-to-day quality of group websites, apps, and digital experiences. You will ensure intuitive user journeys, brand consistency, accessibility, and technical upkeep across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX, digital design, web, marketing, technology, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is desirable.
• Four to seven years of experience across UX, UI, web operations, CMS, or digital experience.

Responsibilities

• User experience and journey design. Map user flows and identify friction across websites, apps, landing pages and forms.
• User interface and design system support. Create and refine interface layouts and components in Figma using approved design systems.
• Content management and web operations. Publish and update website content through CMS workflows and coordinate multilingual updates.
• Quality assurance, accessibility and releases. Test pages and features across browsers and devices; maintain defect logs.
• Analytics and optimisation. Use analytics and heatmaps to identify improvements; support A/B testing and landing-page optimisation.
• Digital standards and collaboration. Maintain content standards and QA checklists; coordinate with stakeholders to support launch readiness.
