Job summary

Al Maha Desert Resort & Spa, a Luxury Collection property, seeks a proactive Front Office agent. You will manage check-ins/check-outs, process various payments, and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness for guests.

You will provide local guidance, arrange tours, and maintain accurate records across Opera and related systems. We offer a luxury hospitality environment with strong brand standards, opportunities for growth, and comprehensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office or similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins/outs and issue room keys efficiently.
• Process payments and balance cash/receipts per policy.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness and VIP requests.
• Provide local information, directions, and tour arrangements.
• Operate and document in Opera, Micros, and related systems.
