Job summary

Al Maha, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa, is seeking a skilled bartender/wine service professional to uphold luxury guest experiences in the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve. You will handle wine service, ensure stock accuracy, and work with a small team in a five-star environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in a five-star hotel, English proficiency, and a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction. On-site accommodation, full-board meals, and Marriott privileges are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and bartending certification.
• Proven ability to serve wine and cocktails in a luxury setting.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions about origin, vintage and style of wines.
• Check stock quality and quantity; requisition supplies.
• Prepare drinks and serve wine/champagne bottles per recipes.
• Count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports.
• Secure liquor, beers, wines and storage areas; maintain teamwork.
