Responsibilities

• Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
• Welcome guests with a smile and name where possible.
• Anticipate guests' service needs and respond to preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas throughout the day.
• Set tables according to event/type of service standards.
• Prepare ingredients and assist kitchen as needed.
