Responsibilities

• General Kitchen: follow hygiene procedures to ensure food safety; report maintenance issues; clean and disinfect high risk areas; store perishables; manage chemicals and cleaners; check chemical concentrations; dishwashing: operate and clean dishwashing machine; use detergents and sanitizers; maintain water and chemical levels; rack and washware; breakdown bus tubs; maintenance, sanitation and cleaning activities; follow safety policies; protect tools and equipment; communicate with team; supervision and reporting safety issues; perform other duties as requested.
