Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 4+ years as Deputy Stage Manager in large-scale productions.
• Experience with diverse cast and automated systems.
• Ability to read music and manage cues under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety procedures for performers and crew.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Stage Manager with daily performances and rehearsals.
• Call cues and execute in-show conditions as needed.
• Understand lifts, winches, and stage elements for safety.
• Support show calling and control of technical aspects.
• Oversee deck track operations during performances.
• Prepare and distribute daily rehearsal schedules.
• Coordinate daily sign-in and cast line-up.
• Support safety procedures and performer management.
