Job summary

Sicuro Group in Dubai is seeking a Deputy Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in leading a team of electronics and communications engineers and to oversee the 24/7 Support/GSOC operations. The role acts as second-in-command, coordinating with Intelyse, Graal and other group entities to ensure service excellence.

Key focus areas include policy implementation, people development, workflow management, vendor coordination, and daily operations reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Sicuro or in a similar role focusing on GPS tracking devices and IT infrastructure.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, system administration, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with O365, domain management, DNS, SSL and security best practices.
• Website management (WordPress) and knowledge of cyber security principles.
• Proven leadership of a technical team and project delivery.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a technical team across electronics and communications engineering.
• Define and improve operations policies for 24/7 Support/GSOC, aligning with client requirements.
• Coordinate with Ops, Account Managers, Finance, HR and other SIcuro entities to achieve objectives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, network, security, and daily operations.
• Manage vendor platforms, inventory, and documentation for operational readiness.
• Provide daily operations reports to senior management and department heads.
