Help AG is seeking a Cyber Defense Lead to oversee workflow management, shift handovers, escalation and prioritization of Cyber Defense Services during shifts. You will be the primary technical escalation point for Shift Analysts delivering Managed Detection and Response and similar services.

The role reports to the Senior Director MSS Operations and requires extensive SOC experience, CISSP/CISM/CISA, and ITIL background. Hybrid work options are available within the UAE.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or closely related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in Security Operations Center (SOC) operations with incident detection, response and threat hunting.
• Experience leading security teams and delivering managed security services.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA (or equivalent).
• ITIL Accreditation or relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of security tech: SIEM, NGFW, CTI, WAF and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Technical leadership of Cyber Defense capability and optimization of people, processes, and systems.
• Lead and participate in incidents, escalation, and prioritization for 24x7 on-call activities.
• Support pre-sales, sales, and business development for Cyber Defense services.
• Coordinate transition of customers and infrastructure into operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of services.
• Document and improve processes, workflows, and SLAs/KPIs.
