Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks an Executive Director, Digital Investment Solutions to lead the comprehensive digital transformation of the investment business.

You will define and execute the digital product strategy and multi-year roadmap across all client segments, bridging Investments, Wealth Management, Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance to deliver scalable, client-centric, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investments, Digital Product Management or Digital Transformation.
• Experience delivering large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of investment products including mutual funds, equities, ETFs, fixed income, derivatives and advisory solutions.
• Experience designing digital customer journeys, product platforms and operating models in banking/wealth management.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and implement tech-enabled solutions to improve client experience and operations.
• Strong knowledge of digital product development methodologies, requirements gathering, automation and data analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management across front office, operations, technology, risk and compliance.
• Bachelor-level degree and multilingual capabilities are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and execution roadmap for the digital wealth and investment platform.
• Lead end-to-end transformation of investment product journeys to enhance efficiency and client experience.
• Drive digitalization of the investment product universe across funds, equities, fixed income and derivatives.
• Act as business owner for digital platforms, translating requirements into executable initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Establish operating models, governance and product controls to ensure regulatory compliance and resilience.
• Collaborate with sales, relationship managers and investment teams to reflect product features and client servicing needs.
• Monitor adoption, engagement and revenue metrics to continuously improve platform functionality.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends; incorporate AI and automation into offerings.
