This full-time, UAE-based leadership role requires 12–15 years in digital banking or FinTech, with deep knowledge of banking platforms, APIs, and go-to-market execution across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, technology, or engineering.
• 12–15 years in digital banking/FinTech with UAE experience.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycles and strategy.
• Experience with go-to-market and monetization in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for digital banking.
• Lead design, development, launch, and commercialization of products.
• Create and manage product roadmaps aligned with objectives.
