Job summary

Alshaya in the United Arab Emirates seeks a capable retail supervisor to lead a department on the shop floor. You will supervise a team, maximise sales, reduce stock loss, and ensure outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and coaching staff.

This role requires at least 3 years of retail experience and a commercial mindset. You may be involved in covering for the Department Manager during absences, with communication that will come from official Alshaya channels.
