Job summary

Alshaya Group is seeking a Retail Supervisor to supervise a department team on the shop floor, driving excellent customer service and maximizing sales. You will motivate and develop sales associates and deputize for the Department Manager when needed.

With at least 3 years of retail experience, you will bring commercial awareness and a business-oriented mindset to reduce stock loss and uphold store standards.
