Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed department sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement action plans
• Analyze business trends, client data, and product performance to optimize results
• Maximize opportunities through effective floor management and product placement
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized luxury shopping experience at all times
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients
• Drive strong clienteling practices, CRM usage, and after-sales follow-up
• Act as a role model on the sales floor, demonstrating luxury service excellence
• Lead, coach, and motivate the department team to achieve high performance
• Conduct regular feedback sessions, performance reviews, and development plans
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of team members
• Ensure team engagement, strong morale, and adherence to brand values
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation in line with brand guidelines
• Oversee stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards
• Coordinate staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak trading hours
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the luxury image and values of the brand
• Work closely with Store Management and Head Office teams to support store objectives
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health & safety regulations, and mall requirements
