Renaissance Hotels in Dubai invites applications from skilled bakers and pastry cooks to prepare breads, pastries and desserts in a fast-paced kitchen. You will review production sheets, follow recipes, and maintain safety logs to ensure top-quality products daily.

The ideal candidate brings a technical degree, at least 2 years of related experience, and a commitment to hygiene, teamwork, and consistent presentation standards. Full-time, non-management role in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare breads and pastries, including doughs, fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating.
• Review Production sheet to understand variety of baked goods to be produced daily.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food prep checklists.
• Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program compliance.
• Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures.
