Hilton is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. You will prepare high-quality dishes, maintain HACCP and hygiene standards, and support senior chefs to deliver consistent, exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in hotel/resort environments.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, food presentation, and HACCP principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Good command of English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver culinary excellence: Prepare and present high-quality dishes in your assigned section, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation meet Hilton standards.
• Support exceptional dining experiences: Contribute to creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring meals are prepared accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Work as one team: Collaborate closely with chefs and kitchen colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely service during all meal periods.
• Stay organized and efficient: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and ensure your section is properly prepared for service.
• Develop your culinary skills: Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, learn new techniques, and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
• Represent our brand: Uphold Hilton's quality, grooming, and professional standards while demonstrating a passion for hospitality and culinary excellence.
