Responsibilities

• Perform activities in a Restaurant Kitchen ensuring safe, smooth, and profitable operation.
• Support development of restaurant concepts and standards; review local market & suppliers.
• Adhere to Anantara food prep and presentation guidelines for consistent quality.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation, including dating, storage, and rotation.
• Maintain outlet safety at all times.
• Take responsibility for asset management of outlet property and facilities.
• Participate in departmental training to improve skills and service levels.
• Promote positive inter-departmental relations through communication and cooperation.
• Maintain adherence to checklists and cleaning schedules.
• Assist in maintaining clean and sanitized food preparation areas.
