Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Ajman is seeking a skilled kitchen professional to prepare meals, regulate oven temperatures, and maintain high food quality. You will support the team, ensure safety standards, and help manage daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities include preparing recipes, maintaining logs, and coordinating with Food & Beverage staff during busy periods. A technical/vocational degree and minimum 3 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and checklists.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills and roasters.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity of prepared food.
• Assist management in hiring, training and coaching kitchen staff; support team to reach common goals.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance with company policies.
