Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and regulate oven temperatures, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity of prepared food.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; act as a role model.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professional appearance; report hazards and complete safety trainings.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items; support team to reach common goals.
