Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Charcoal grill experience preferred.
• Background in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, or European cuisine.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude and kitchen discipline.
• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meats, seafood, vegetables, and other menu items according to specifications
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Work across different kitchen sections as required
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness
• Support senior chefs with daily preparation and kitchen operations
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients
