Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Dubai is seeking a skilled cook to prepare guest orders with consistent quality according to recipes and standards. You will complete mise en place and set up stations for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, ensure cleanliness, work harmoniously with colleagues, and follow food safety guidelines. A minimum 2 years culinary experience and English proficiency are required; Thai/Malaysian cuisine experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school education or culinary training; related experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years culinary or related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
• Proficiency in English and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Thai and Malaysian cuisines is a plus.
