The Luxury Collection is seeking an experienced culinary professional to join our kitchen team in Ajman. You will prepare meals, monitor ovens and equipment, and ensure proper portioning and presentation in line with our quality standards.

Qualifications

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items and ensure proper portioning and garnish.
• Regulate temperatures of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters; monitor food quality and safety.
• Inform chefs of excess items for specials and communicate menu status to service staff.
• Follow recipes and checklists to maintain quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching team members as needed.
