InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay is seeking a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to uphold our high standards of quality, presentation and hygiene across our kitchens. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Cluster Director of Culinary to support food production and maintain organized sections for dining, in-room dining and banqueting operations.

The ideal candidate has prior Demi Chef de Partie or commis experience, a solid grasp of cooking techniques, HACCP and food safety, and

Qualificações

• Culinary education or professional cookery training is preferred.
• Food safety certification is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or similar kitchen role is required.
• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or professional food service operations is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, HACCP, and kitchen procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to approved recipes and hotel standards.
• Complete mise en place and ensure the kitchen section is ready for service.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, cooking temperature, and presentation.
• Support restaurant, in-room dining, and banqueting operations as required.
• Assist with menu development and new culinary offerings under the guidance of senior chefs.
