Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Cook food according to recipes, quality standards and check temperature of food and equipment.
• Set up and break down workstation; operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
• Maintain clean, safe kitchen area and adhere to safety policies.
