• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and substitute items as needed.
• Regulate oven, broiler, grill, and roaster temperatures.
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and garnishes.
• Inform Chef of excess food items and assist with daily specials.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity of prepared food.
• Communicate needs during busy periods and support service staff.
