Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or with relevant analytical experience.
• 5 years working experience in a numerate and analytical role.
• High familiarity with airline systems (PROS, O&D, GDS, DDS) and reporting tools (Tableau, ZENZtech).

Responsibilities

• Own demand forecasting across assigned markets and contribute to network revenue and PRASK targets.
• Develop accurate forecasts across cabin class, departure time, day of week, origin and destination.
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize revenue and manage demand proactively.
• Lead demand and revenue strategies during peak travel periods, holidays and events.
• Deliver insights to improve network optimization and revenue performance.
• Collaborate with Network Planning, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Alliances and E-commerce to align strategies.

What You'll Do

Drive Revenue Performance

• Own demand forecasting across assigned markets and contribute directly to achieving network revenue and PRASK targets.
• Develop accurate forecasts across multiple dimensions, including cabin class, departure time, day of week, origin, and destination.
• Ensure optimal revenue outcomes through proactive demand management and strategic recommendations.
• Lead demand and revenue strategies during peak travel periods, holidays, and special events.
• Anticipate demand shifts and capitalize on high-value revenue opportunities across the network.

Monitor Markets & Competition

• Analyze market trends, customer demand patterns, and competitor pricing strategies.
• Identify emerging opportunities and commercial risks, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Monitor and analyze revenue performance, demand forecasts, and booking trends.
• Validate system outputs and continuously refine demand forecasts to drive better commercial decisions.
• Deliver insights that improve network optimization and revenue performance.

Partner Across the Business

• Collaborate closely with Network Planning, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Alliances, E-commerce, and other commercial teams.
• Ensure revenue management strategies align with broader business objectives and growth priorities.
• Influence key stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and market insights.
• Leverage advanced revenue management systems and analytical tools to optimize performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance forecasting accuracy and commercial outcomes.
• Contribute expertise to strategic Revenue Management projects and transformational initiatives.
