Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Business Coach Manager to support and guide DSP business owners in launching and scaling their last-mile delivery operations from our Dubai corporate office. You will partner with DSP owners to set strategy, drive accountability, and monitor KPIs to ensure compliant, profitable growth.

You will collaborate with internal teams to remove obstacles, optimize financial and operational practices, and deliver actionable insights that help owners achieve peak performance during peak

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
• 2+ years of mentoring, leading and coaching experience

Responsibilities

• Supporting DSP owners as they onboard to the program and prepare to launch.
• Guiding owners as they scale their business and manage operational issues, ensuring resources are in place to ramp up and prepare for peak periods.
• Coordinating Business and Financial Health Reviews to discuss performance and opportunities, and to provide benchmarking data and insights.
• Identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing operational improvements at the network level and for individual DSP owners
