Job summary

CNS, based in Dubai, seeks a Senior Manager of Operations & Delivery for Cybersecurity, Digital Trust and AI. You will design the operating model, govern delivery, and scale services across SOC/MDR, data governance and AI assurance.

Qualifications

15+ years in technology, cybersecurity, managed services or enterprise service delivery
UAE/GCC experience; experience managing complex enterprise customer environments and large‑scale, multi‑vendor programmes; strong commercial and P&L understanding is Desired
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree / MBA is Desirable

Responsibilities

Design and implement the operating model for the new cybersecurity organization
Establish governance, escalation paths and decision authorities
Lead delivery across cybersecurity, data governance and AI engagements
Define SLAs and KPIs for managed services; ensure delivery against scope, timelines and margins
Support development of divisional P&L and budgeting processes
Mentor delivery managers and ensure a high-performance delivery culture
Ensure compliance with regulatory, ISO and governance requirements
Industrialise services to turn bespoke delivery into repeatable IP
