Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an Executive Manager Squad Cyber Technical Lead to steer a cybersecurity squad across four workstreams: AppSec, AI Governance, Continuous Security Validation, and Compliance Evidence Management. You will align delivery with 2nd Line of Defense policies, SLAs, regulatory requirements and CBUAE inspection-readiness.

You will provide technical leadership across DevSecOps, cloud security and AI/LLM security in a highly regulated banking environment, manage tooling

Qualifications

• Experience leading cybersecurity squads in regulated environments.
• Hands-on with 3LoD/1LoD collaboration and testing.
• Familiarity with CBUAE Decrees and AI/ML guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead across AppSec, AI Governance, Continuous Security Validation, and Compliance Evidence Management workstreams.
• Own consolidated cybersecurity tooling ecosystem and integrate tools (SonarQube, Snyk, ServiceNow, DefectDojo).
• Drive governance reporting and regulatory readiness, including the DevSecOps dashboard.
