Job summary

AW Rostamani Group in Dubai is seeking a warehouse and logistics assistant to coordinate personal effect deliveries, prepare customs documentation, and support the documentation department in daily tasks.

You will collect cargo from the warehouse, coordinate with transporters, ensure packing list accuracy, and assist with customs inspections and system checks. A minimum of 2 years in warehousing and good physical health are required; Hindi is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehousing and logistics.
• Very good physical health for heavy lifting.
• Hindi language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collect Personal effect cargo from warehouse and deliver to customers as per schedule.
• Load and upload cargo if necessary.
• Co-ordinate with transporter to arrange personal effect.
• Ensure the quantity of delivered items are as per packing list.
• Arrange documents for submitting to Customs Department.
• Support documentation department for arranging the job file.
• Co-ordinate customs inspection.
• To check and report any system error.
