Jotun Abu Dhabi Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive for Decorative Retail as part of our MEIA Graduate Program based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. This full-time role focuses on building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to sales growth.

You will work with dealers, internal teams, manage payments, and ensure a positive customer experience while upholding Jotun’s values and market position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Up to 3 years of sales experience.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Jotun Decorative products within the territory to drive growth and hit targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Follow up on customer payments and support cash flow.
• Maintain CRM data and monitor market potential and new customers.
• Collaborate with supply chain and customer service to ensure smooth orders and deliveries.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for Jotun and support a collaborative customer-focused culture.
